Syllabus transition online courses

What you need to bridge the gap between the 2015 syllabus and the new 2019 syllabus.

Transitional courses

CIMA will begin Objective Test examinations under the 2019 Professional Qualification on 4 November 2019 and we want to make sure that you have the knowledge needed to pass your exams, without having to buy a whole new course.

We have identified the subjects which have the most significant changes and created a great selection of online courses to help you transition smoothly between the 2015 and the 2019 syllabus.*

These courses will cover the missing information from the 2015 syllabus to get you up to speed with the 2019 syllabus.

We have transition courses for:

  • E1: Managing Finance in a Digital World (formerly Organisational Management)
  • E2: Managing Performance (formerly Project and Relationship Management)
  • E3: Strategic Management
  • P3: Risk Management
  • F3: Financial strategy

Existing CIMAStudy students don’t need to buy the transitional course as content will automatically added to Moodle in November.

More information about the syllabus change and information for your next steps

*Please note, these are not full courses and should only be used by students who have begun their studies under the 2015 Syllabus but will be sitting an exam under the 2019 Syllabus.

*E1 has the most number of changes, so you may still want to buy the new 2019 course before sitting any exams to give you the best chance of success.
